  • Listing Assistance: Prepare polished listings by coordinating photography, drone shoots, and promotional activities.

  • System Management: Handle listing setups and updates using platforms like Skyslope to keep records accurate and compliant.

  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule and oversee key meetings, closings, walkthroughs, and other client-related appointments.

  • Client Interaction Support: Attend client appointments to take notes, collect signatures, and assist with client-facing needs.

  • Tracking Deadlines: Monitor critical dates and keep agents organized and punctual.

  • Content Updates: Regularly update agent listings and other content for a strong online presence.

  • Office Organization: Maintain up-to-date boards for contracts, listings, and upcoming properties to streamline team operations.
