Mary Jo has served on many boards including DCO, Unified Sports of SWMO, PTA, Include Ozarks, Christian County gun range relocation committee, etc. She is a certified USA Gymnastics Meet Director and is very involved in her church.
In 2016, Mary Jo launched a fundraising campaign called Paws4Pax. She works alongside Autism Service Dogs of America by hosting fundraising events to help provide scholarships for kids in the US in need of a service dog. It has now grown into a movement on social media platforms to educate and provide resources to families in our area dealing with ASD.
In both 2017 and 2018, she was the runner-up for Rookie of the Year through the Greater Springfield Board of Realtors. In 2018, she received the Bronze Medal Award of Excellence award followed by the Bronze & Gold Medal Awards of Excellence in 2019. These awards are based on Real Estate production and volume and are an honor to receive. In 2020, she received the Bronze Lifetime Award of Excellence and the Silver Certificate of Excellence.
In 2019, she graduated from the Nixa Citizens Police Academy; a twelve-week educational course involving several real-life drills. Mary Jo then graduated from the GSBOR Class of 2020 Leadership Academy, a year-long commitment to attending leadership conferences & getting involved in the local and state-level political agendas for real estate and much more. She was also invited to be a part of the Nixa Comprehensive Planning Committee alongside a handful of other Nixa leaders. Mary Jo serves as the chair for the GSBOR Mentorship Committee, is a member of the Awards & Events committee through the local board, and works alongside Red Truck Construction offering renovated homes and new construction homes, focusing on the Christian County area.

Aside from her incredible hard work, Mary Jo still finds time to enjoy her many hobbies including reading, hiking, camping, horseback riding, shooting, anything crafty, and most importantly, spending time with her beautiful children.
