Episode Summary: In our premiere episode of Real Estate Radio, Dustin and Kensie are joined by lender extraordinaire, Jason Lister, from AGCU Mortgage. Real Estate is one of the largest purchases you’ll make in your life, so we want to be a resource for those who are unsure of where to start or how to go about it. We’ll tackle basic topics in an attempt to make real estate less intimidating and more accessible. The market is ever-changing, buyers from across the country are moving to the area, and inventory is still pretty low. With all of these changes to the market, there’s now a new urgency and timeline associated with buying a home. The key to navigating the market is preparation and accurate information. Are we in a housing bubble? Are we headed toward a situation similar to what happened in 2008? When is the perfect time to buy? What’s the first step?
