Dustin Langston, realtor
Real Estate can be a deeply affecting change. My goal is to make your home sale or purchase a positive experience, and a successful venture for us both.
I see life punctuated with moments that have impacted my outlook and future. My first property investment. Marrying my wife. Starting a business. Purchasing my first home. The birth of our son. Each of these moments made special by the new relationships developed. Don’t we all have a moment in common that allows us to connect to each other?
Having lived in Springfield for more than twelve years, I’ve invested and managed rental property in down-town Springfield, personally undertaking all the maintenance and repairs. I began my custom drum business where I indulged my passion for woodworking. Music originally drew me to Springfield, where I have played in worship bands, and taught drum lessons at James River School of Fine arts for 3 years. I have had the fortunate (or unfortunate) task of repairing and remodeling a previous home, while overseeing the process of selling it 2013. It was around that time when I also began a new hobby of rebuilding motorcycles, which continues to be my diversion today in addition to mountain biking. It took a few years, but my wife and I finally found the perfect place to settle down in southwest Springfield in 2015 for our growing family. In the process, I developed a great friendship with my current business partner, Joseph Keil.
Having visited nearly every major city in the United States, I believe that Springfield, MO is the best place to live. Whether your life changing moment is selling or finding a new home to settle into, it is an honor to work with people in my favorite city.
